We have a dedicated private bridal and colour area on the first floor where brides and bridal parties where you can relax, listen to your favourite music and even enjoy a glass of champagne as you put yourself in the hands of our experienced stylists.

Lulu and the team of friendly and highly qualified specialists in our salon in the centre of Cambridge, where we have built up a leading reputation for wedding and special occasion hairstyles. The salon’s focus is on fabulous looks, the latest trends, and stunning hair-ups. For three years, Hairy Canary has been chosen as the hairdresser on site at several college May Balls, one of the premier events of the academic social calendar.

Our wedding services starts with a free no-obligation pre-wedding consultation in our salon, when you can talk about your ideas with one of our stylists and together discuss how to achieve the perfect look.

Next comes a hair trial, styled to work beautifully with your wedding gown so you know you’ll look fabulous on the day, and then there is the real thing. The day to savour.

We have a range of fantastic wedding packages to suit everyone, from the fabulous Deluxe Package, which includes a gorgeous intensive conditioning treatment and relaxing head massage, to the more affordable Standard Package.

Whichever one you choose, you can be confident that you’ll be in the hands of experts who will make sure you leave the salon looking stunning on your big day, and feeling totally relaxed.

Lulu who set up the salon ten years ago, is the most experienced stylist at Hairy Canary and has worked extensively on weddings and special occasion hair, creating gorgeous looks for her clients. She has developed the salon’s reputation as a specialist in hair for May Balls and wedding parties.
